![]() ![]() Always use a dedicated column for the marking (by "X" e.g.) which then will contain actual data on which you easily can base an eye-catching colouring using a Conditional Format. ![]() As very often explained already in this forum it is a very bad idea to code for relevant information by setting cell attributes (wheter for single cells or for complete rows). (It looks a bit as if the cells were sorted.)ΔΆ. The cell formats (direct formats as well as assigned named styles) will be moved together with the content. In addition to what Zizi64 posted: Under > 'Data' > 'Sort' > 'Options' you may choose 'Include formats'. ![]()
